Tropical Storm Helene expected to rapidly intensify, bring rain to Central Florida

Tropical Storm Helene is expected to become a hurricane on Wednesday before rapidly intensifying into a major hurricane before making landfall somewhere in the Big Bend area of Florida, according to the National Hurricane Center.
