"If you have any plans outdoors, do it early because by 3 p.m., we will see rain chances reach 50 percent, with showers and possible thunderstorms mainly for southern counties," News 6 meteorologist Madeline Evans said. "Brevard will see the heaviest of this by 4 p.m."

Saturday won't be a bad day for a morning or early afternoon trip to the beach. Daytona will reach a high of 85 degrees, with the water temperature sitting at 75 degrees.

"Seas are up to 3 feet and there is a moderate rip current risk, so make sure you are always swimming near a lifeguard," Evans said.

Flagler County is the only county that remains under a burn ban thanks to all the recent rain.

"Over night the rain will mainly clear out, but you could still see a few sprinkles and a low of 73," Evans said.

Sunday will see a pretty similar setup. It will be dry in the morning and early afternoon, and then rain chances will increase to 50 percent by the early evening hours.
