ORLANDO, Fla. – Cool air will linger through the morning in Central Florida, although temperatures will briefly rebound over the weekend.
Orlando is expected to see a high of 80, with lots of sunshine on Friday. The average high on this date is 83.
"Dry air continues to be in place across Central Florida," News 6 meteorologist Troy Bridges said. "Rain chances stay out of the forecast until Saturday afternoon."
There will be a 40 percent of coverage as a new front approaches, with chances jumping to 60 percent Saturday night.
Saturday's high will hit 84.
Rain chances and temperatures drop Sunday. Highs will be in the low to mid-70s, with a 20 percent chance of rain.
By Monday, much cooler air works in behind the front. Expect morning lows in the 40s and afternoon highs in the 60s.
"Rain chances are out of the forecast for Monday and Halloween," Bridges said. "Expect a high temperature of 76 on Halloween. And expect trick-or-treat temperatures to be in the upper 60s near 70."

An area of low pressure approaching Cuba has a 60 percent chance of developing over the next two days.
The system will likely move closer to Cuba over the weekend, bringing some rain to South Florida on Saturday and Sunday.
"The system will likely be blocked by a front, preventing it to move any further north," Bridges said.
