Limited rain Thursday before a breezy weekend cooldown

Wind gusts on Saturday reaching 30-35mph

ORLANDO, Fla. – A few spotty showers and storms return this week before a cold front ushers in cooler, windy weather this weekend.

Thursday & Friday

Drier weather settles in as high pressure builds over Florida.

Rain chances drop to 20% or less, with most areas staying dry both days.

Temperatures will gradually warm, reaching the low 80s Thursday and mid 80s inland by Friday, while coastal areas stay slightly cooler.

With lighter winds and clearer skies, some patchy fog could develop late Thursday night into early Friday.

Saturday Cold Front

A stronger cold front moves into Central Florida on Saturday, bringing a better chance for rain and much breezier conditions.

Rain chances climb to 30–50%, with the highest chances along the coast, where totals could reach around 1 inch.

Winds will increase out of the northeast at 15 to 20 mph, with gusts 25 to 35 mph, and even higher near the coast.

Early Next Week

Behind the front, cooler and breezy conditions settle in.

Highs will drop back into the 70s Sunday and Monday, closer to normal for late March.

A few isolated coastal showers may linger, but overall conditions trend drier into midweek.

Temperatures begin to warm back up by Tuesday, returning to the upper 70s to low 80s.
