The storm is expected to hover around the 40 mph intensity as it moves west, skirting the north Gulf Coast.

Bertha is expected to become a remnant low as it approaches Texas late in the week.

Bertha will drag more tropical moisture over Florida Tuesday helping a few thunderstorms develop.

Beyond that for the Florida peninsula, drier air will dominate for the rest of the week.
