Antwoin Turner is charged with first-degree murder.

ORLANDO, Fla. – An arrest was made Friday in the March 2016 shooting death of an Orlando man at the the Silver Hills apartment complex, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

The department's felony squad with assistance from the Volusia County Sheriff's Office arrested Antwoin Turner, 29, in Deltona. He's charged with first-degree murder in the death of Latony Jones, 33.

Jones was found on March 12, 2016 lying in the parking lot of the apartment complex suffering from a gunshot wound.

Deputies had no known suspects at the time of Jones' death. A witness told authorities that she heard gunshots and saw a black male get into the driver's seat of a silver vehicle and flee the area.  

No details were released on the circumstances leading up to Turner's arrest.
