The two left the bar and continued arguing in the 100 block of E. Indian Ave., police said.

The department said one man, identified as 36-year-old Joshua Jones, was in a black SUV and shot the victim, a 52-year-old man who was standing outside, in the leg.

Police said Jones drove off and fired nine more times before returning to the scene.

The victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was in stable condition. No other injuries were reported.

Jones faces charges of aggravated battery with a firearm and unlawful discharge of a firearm.

Police initially told News 6 that the bullet ricocheted and struck Jones before clarifying that only the victim was wounded.

An investigation is ongoing.
