"Meyers was so intoxicated that he did not even recall coming down to Key West for spring break vacation," the report said.

When Galbo questioned Meyers about the incident, Meyers said he didn't push over a bicycle, but rather two Harley-Davidson motorcycles, the report said.

According to the University of Florida student government website, Meyers, who is known by his middle name Smith, is president-elect and currently serves as the Senate president. His term is scheduled to start in April.

"We are aware of the incident, and his status as a UF student has not changed," Janine Sikes, assistant vice president of public affairs at the University of Florida, told Local10.com in an email.
