ORLANDO, Fla. – When you think of The Glass Knife, your mind might immediately drift to their jaw-dropping desserts that look like they belong in an art gallery.
This Orlando gem is famous for its stunning pastries and cakes that could make anyone weak in the knees, but what we didn’t expect was the savory menu.

On our trip to The Glass Knife, we started with the Chocolate Onyx, a coffee-infused pastry that takes three days to make. There is an Onyx coffee-infused center and chocolate biscuit inside dark chocolate mousse, covered in caramel glacage, atop a shortbread crust. In other words, it’s delicious.
After a cup of coffee, we tried the cheddar biscuit egg and bacon sandwich. Almost too big to bite but absolutely amazing. Definitely worth a stop on your food tour.
So, if you find yourself with a sweet tooth in Orlando, pop into The Glass Knife.
