šŸ·Wine, Art & Local Flavor: Thornton Park’s Monthly Night Market Near Lake Eola

21 Restaurants, Rotating Artists & Live Music. Inside Thornton Park’s Wine & Art Walk

ORLANDO, Fla. – Every second Thursday of the month, Orlando’s Thornton Park District transforms into a vibrant celebration of local art, cuisine, and community spirit during its signature Wine & Art Walk event.

ā€œIt’s all local, it’s all local made, it’s a vibe,ā€ says WKMG’s Marquis Dickens, who explored the bustling streets filled with artists, vendors, and enthusiastic attendees during the latest gathering.

The event, which began 12 years ago, serves as one of the primary fundraisers for the Thornton Park District Main Street program, a nonprofit focused on community improvement. ā€œThis was one of the first monthly events that started with the program,ā€ explains a district organizer, highlighting its significance in the area’s development.

Visitors to the Wine & Art Walk can experience:

  • Wine tastings at participating local businesses
  • Displays from rotating local artists
  • Live music and DJ performances
  • A night market at TPD Circle near Lake Eola
  • Offerings from 21 participating restaurants

Check-in takes place at Outpost Neighborhood Tavern, located at 227 N Eola Drive, Orlando. Attendees receive:

  • A wristband
  • Event map
  • Tasting cup for sampling

Ticket Information

  • Early Bird: $10 (Limited time)

The event serves a dual purpose, according to organizers. Beyond raising funds for community improvement projects, it provides significant economic support for small businesses in the area.
