2 dead after shooting at Orlando condo complex, deputies say

'It was a very dangerous situation, no question about that'

ORLANDO, Fla. – Two men are dead after a shooting Wednesday afternoon at an Orlando condo complex, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

The shooting happened at 4:47 p.m. at Magnolia Court Condo at 7632 Forest City Road, public information officer Jeff Williamson said.

Deputies identified the victims Thursday as Brandon Williams, 27, and Kilomonie Norman, 20.

Williamson did not have information about the person responsible. Besides the two victims who were shot, no one else was injured.

Deputies said they're determining if the shooting happened on or near a playground at the condo complex.

“It was a very dangerous situation -- no question about that,” Williamson said.

Both shooting victims were taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center as trauma patients. One victim was pronounced dead at the hospital, the second victim died later Wednesday night.

Officials placed Lockhart Middle School on lockdown, shut down northbound and southbound Forest City Road and blocked off the Orlando apartment complex as deputies investigated.

There is a $5,000 Crimeline reward being offered for information leading to an arrest. Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call Crimeline at 1-800-423-TIPS (8477).
