Baby sitter faces murder in girl's death No description found
COCOA, Fla. – A 23-year-old central Florida man has been charged with murder for allegedly throwing a toddler against a bed.
Brevard County deputies said Charles Foster became frustrated while babysitting the little girl earlier this week and threw her against the bed, causing severe head trauma. She was flown to the hospital and later removed from life support.
Foster was charged Friday with first-degree murder. He was charged Monday with aggravated child abuse.
Florida Today reports Foster regularly cared for the girl and other children, and was paid in cigarettes and food.
