That means that as of New Year’s Day in 2026, the restaurant will no longer be in operation.
“We know Chili’s Grill & Bar is a longtime favorite for so many travelers who have taken the ‘stairway to heaven,’” MCO officials wrote. “Over the years, you’ve eaten countless gallons of queso and more. Now, it’s bittersweet to say goodbye.”
According to the airport, the restaurant has been operating at MCO for over 22 years, first opening up around 2002.
Airport officials say that several options are being considered to replace the Chili’s restaurant, though no information has been released at this time.
