Police investigate shooting in Daytona Beach Police Lights (KPRC/Click2Houston.com)
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – One person was hospitalized after a shooting in Daytona Beach Wednesday.
The shooting happened in the 1400 block of South Palmetto Avenue, off South Ridgewood Avenue and Beville Road.
That’s where police found the victim with a gunshot wound. That victim is listed in critical condition at an area hospital.
Daytona Beach police do not believe the community is in danger, and everyone involved in the shooting has been accounted for.
Police are not releasing the names of the suspect or the victim right now while the investigation continues.
