Winter Garden police search for bank robber Officers release surveillance video of suspect No description found
WINTER GARDEN, Fla. – Winter Garden officers are asking the public to help them find the man who robbed a Regions Bank late Tuesday morning.
The robbery happened at the branch at 14075 W. Colonial Dr. at around 11:30 a.m. The suspect approached the counter and gave the teller a note demanding cash. The robber took an unknown amount of money and ran away from the bank in an unknown direction. No one inside the bank was hurt.
Police describe the robber as a white man in his mid-40s. Witnesses say he is 5 feet 11 inches tall and he was wearing a dark hat, camouflage cargo shorts, flip flops and a khaki-colored shirt.
Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call Crimeline at (800) 423-8477.
