West Oaks Mall Sears in Ocoee closing $270 million deal to sell 11 Sears store
OCOEE, Fla. – The Sears at West Oaks Mall will shut down.
Sears announced a $270 million deal to sell 11 Sears stores to general growth properties, including the West Oaks Mall location, at 9405 W. Colonial Dr.
The transaction is expected to close in the next 45 to 60 days, subject to customary closing conditions.
The stores will continue to operate as Sears locations into 2013 with final closing dates to be determined and announced later this year.
