Cops: Grandmother arrested after toddler found wandering

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – The Orange County Sheriff's Office was investigating how a 2-year-old child was able to leave an apartment overnight.

Deputies said the toddler was found wandering by a neighbor in the Wellesley Apartments around 2 a.m. Saturday.

The neighbor called 911 and it was discovered the child was staying with the grandmother at the apartments, deputies said.

Deputies confirmed the grandmother, 49-year-old Gwendolyn Fuller, who lives in the complex, was arrested for child neglect.
