Orange County deputies search for 'hands-free' Target voyeur

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – Orange County deputies are searching for the man who they say was caught on surveillance video recording upskirt images at a Target store by propping his cellphone in a cart under a bag of dog food.

Deputies said the "hands-free video voyeur" was in the Target store on North Alafaya Trail at around 6:40 p.m. on October 2.

In the video, the man tucked part of his cell phone under a large bag of dog food, at the bottom of his shopping cart and closely followed a woman wearing a dress, trying to record images under her skirt, according to deputies.

Deputies said the man also attempted to record images under the skirt of at least one other woman.

The man then left the Target on his motorcycle wearing a distinctive face mask.
