Witnesses say man told UPS driver 'talk to this' as he pulled out gun

WINTER PARK, Fla. – A man has been arrested on Tuesday after Winter Park police say he pulled a gun on a UPS driver for blocking a handicapped parking space.

Donald Gerald Feinman has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a weapon in the 1 p.m. incident on the 2600 block of Lee Road.

Police said Feinman got upset because the UPS truck was blocking a handicapped parking space while delivering packages and pulled a semi-automatic gun on the driver.

Witnesses said Feinman told the driver "talk to this" as he pointed the gun at the driver.

Feinman was arrested without resisting and booked into jail on $2,650 bond.

Police said there were other handicapped spots available and that the UPS truck wasn't blocking the space illegally.
