ORLANDO, Fla. – A woman was arrested on charges of child abuse after police were called to a home for a domestic disturbance.
The disturbance reportedly began after Judith Myers, 41, went home after a night of drinking, became upset and started yelling.

Police said after she got upset she pulled the hair of one of her children, put her in an armlock and began twisting her arm before then putting her in a chokehold.
The child was reported to have a scratch on the side of her face and a ripped shirt.
Myers is charged with child abuse and battery domestic violence.
