APOPKA, Fla. – A former Orange County middle school teacher is accused of violating terms of her pretrial conditions.

Kimberly Honaker was arrested in June on felony charges of child neglect.  Honaker, 48, was a sixth-grade language arts teacher at Apopka Middle School in June when she was arrested on allegations of molestation and sexual performance on a minor.

Apopka police said on Tuesday that Honaker was spotted alone with her children at a restaurant, a violation of her release from jail.

According to investigators, Honaker left the restaurant without her daughters, and when officers pulled her over, they found several pills.

Honaker faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and violation of her pretrial conditions.
