Man suspected in Tracy Ocasio disappearance to appear in court

James Hataway.The man considered the prime suspect in the disappearance of an Orange County woman will be in court Tuesday with a new lawyer.
Last month, a judge granted James Hataway's motion for a new attorney.
Hataway wants a new trial after he was found guilty of trying to kill a woman back in 2008.
He is also the prime suspect in the disappearance of Tracy Ocasio, who has been missing since 2009.
