2 arrested after man's body found in bushes Daniel Chapman, 53, found dead Tuesday No description found
BITHLO, Fla. – Two people have been arrested in the death of a man whose body was found Tuesday at 18406 E. Colonial Drive.
Deputies said the body of Daniel Chapman, 53, was found in a some bushes next to a gas station in Bithlo around 5:45 p.m. with noticeable signs of trauma.
The investigation led to the arrest of Heather Johnston, 31, and Earl Baggs, 32, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office. They were initially arrested on charges of tampering with a witness and burglary. They have since been booked into the Orange County Jail on charges of first-degree murder and robbery.
