Woman arrested after hitting bar patron in head with beer mug, Orange cops say

A woman has been arrested after deputies say she hit another woman in the head with a beer mug.

Billie Pryor, 28, was charged on Thursday with aggravated battery in the June incident at the Royal Bar.

Orange County deputies say an argument escalated at the bar and Pryor struck the woman multiple times in the head with a glass beer mug, which required 14 stitches to close the wound.

Two weeks after the incident, the victim learned Pryor's name and remembered Pryor had been wearing an IHOP uniform at the time of the incident. Deputies tracked down Pryor and arrested her on Thursday.

Deputies also said Pryor had been involved in a previous incident outside of a downtown Orlando bar, which resulted in her breaking her opponent's jaw.

She was booked into Orange County Jail on $3,500 bond.
