Eagle statues vandalized at Central Florida veterans park Broken statues were attached to main sign
OCALA, Fla. – Ocala police are searching for the person who vandalized statues at the Ocala-Marion County Veterans Memorial Park.
Officers said someone broke two American bald eagle statues that were attached to the park's main sign and damaged one of the pillars.
Police said the vandalism happened between 4 p.m. Monday and 8:45 a.m. Tuesday.
Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 352-368-7867.
