Established in 1910, Carlo's Bakery was a Hoboken, New Jersey-based neighborhood bakery and became a household name with the success of the TLC series and Valastro's over-the-top cakes.
Modeled after the flagship New Jersey bakery, the brand's first southern U.S. location will span over 2,300 square-feet, according to a release.
"I started working at Carlo's Bakery when I was eleven years old and I will tell you, on my first day, the last thought I had was that I'd be introducing a twelfth location in Orlando, Florida someday," Valastro stated in a news release. "You know, my famiglia and I love Orlando; there's so much to do here with all the attractions and the locals are always so welcoming."
Carlo's Bakery will celebrate its grand opening next month with the appearance of Valastro and his family.
