SunPass transponder swap deadline approaching Drivers must replace battery operated transponders with new ones No description found
SunPass officials are reminding drivers the deadline to replace the battery operated SunPass transponders is Thursday.
They are replacing the old ones with new transponders because of new technology and accuracy. There is no cost to replace an old transponder and service will not be interrupted.
There are two new devices to choose from. The first is a Slim Transponder -that attaches to your windshield with suction cups. The second is the SunPass mini sticker which is placed just under the rear view mirror. That one is permanently attached to your vehicle.
