Man sues Fun Spot after being shot last February

ORLANDO, Fla. – Last February, Marketa Duncan was shot while at Fun Spot, now he files a lawsuit against the park.

Investigators said Duncan that was shot by a convicted felon who fired into a crowd during an argument while at the popular theme park.

The lawsuit says Fun Spot did not do enough to protect guest, there was a lack of security and screening measures.

Days after the shooting Fun Spot, did add security to the park to include, more police patrols, bag checks and metal detectors.

News 6 reached out to Fun Spot for a comment but has not heard back.
