ORLANDO, Fla. – A grand jury has indicted a man on first-degree murder charges after a shooting killed a 26-year-old man at an apartment complex in March.
Daniel Ramos was indicted Thursday on charges of first-degree murder with a firearm.
It happened at the Chowder Bay Apartments at 4700 South Rio Grande Ave. in Orlando. Deputies said they responded to the apartment complex at 9:53 p.m.
The victim was taken to a local hospital with gunshot wounds, where he was pronounced dead, deputies said.
