Kappa Alpha Psi and Delta Upsilon now suspended

Delta Upsilon is also accused of telling pledges to go to a bar and drink alcohol even though they were underage.

In a separate complaint, three men with apparent ties to another fraternity, Kappa Alpha Psi, were allegedly seen beating a man in the parking lot of an off campus apartment complex.

Kappa Alpha Psi is already under a national suspension but was in the process of trying to get reinstated.

The other fraternity, Delta Upsilon has now been suspended while the university investigates.
