Man shot in car in Orlando Victim found by deputies at nearby Papa John's
ORLANDO, Fla. – A man was shot early Wednesday while sitting in a car in Orlando, according to deputies.
Orange County sheriff's deputies believe the shooting happened on Rose Boulevard. The man was found, however, in the parking lot of a nearby Papa John's at Orange Blossom Trail and Oak Ridge Road.
Deputies said they have received conflicting reports from witnesses about what happened, but they believe that two people were in the car when a gunman opened fire.
One person was wounded and taken to a hospital. His condition is not known.
An investigation is continuing.
