New look at plans for 'Flea World' site

Developers release new video of plan

SANFORD, Fla. – As work continues to demolish what was once a Central Florida institution, News 6 is getting a new look at what will be built in its place.

Developers released new video showing off their plans for the site off U.S. Highway 17-92 in Seminole County.

The new "Reagan Center," as it is going to be called, could eventually have nearly 2.5 million square feet of space, for everything from offices to retail shops to apartments and townhomes.

Developers are expecting to spend more than $300 million on the project.

Construction on the new homes could start as early as July.
