Mourners leave new cross at Caylee Anthony memorial site

Couple cleans site in Orlando

ORLANDO, Fla. – A new cross marks the site where Caylee Anthony's body was found 8 years ago.

The cross was installed Sunday afternoon along Suburban Drive

The toddler's body was found there in 2008, months after she disappeared.

According to postings on Facebook, a couple from Sarasota made the new cross and cleaned the site, which has become a memorial.

Previous crosses at the site have been stolen, the posts said.

Casey Anthony was found not guilty of murdering her daughter, Caylee, during a 2011 trial.
