Luis Conde: Stylist ‘full of joy and life' Conde had a talent for beauty, friends say
Luis Conde, 39, a stylist in Kissimmee and native of Puerto Rico was killed on June 12, 2016 in the Pulse nightclub shooting.
Luis Conde, 39, was known by his customers as a talented beauty expert who was dedicated to his work.
Conde helped his partner, Juan Rivera Velazquez, run a salon in Kissimmee for nearly a decade before they were both killed in the Pulse nightclub attack.
Conde was a native of San Lorenzo, Puerto Rico, according to his Facebook page.
"We'll never forget them," client Michelle Cardenas told News 6 during a memorial in June. "They were so full of joy and life."
Loved ones close to the couple reopened Alta Peluqueria D'Magazine Salon months after their deaths to keep their memories alive.
The salon had its grand reopening on what would have been Conde's 40th birthday.
