Man shot outside WWE center found to be incompetent Armando Montalvo placed in state mental hospital

ORLANDO, Fla. – A man who was shot by Orange County deputies outside the WWE Performance Center in 2015 has been found incompetent and temporarily sent to a state mental hospital, officials said.
Armando Montalvo is scheduled to have his next hearing on Jan. 31.
In August 2015, officials said Montalvo was obsessed with a female wrestler and refused to leave the facility. Montalvo charged at a deputy, who opened fire and struck him, officials said.
Montalvo was released from jail after posting bond in the 2015 incident, but his bond was revoked after another arrest.
The trial is currently on hold but that could change at a later date.
