VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. – Volusia County deputies are searching for a 19-year-old man who is accused of terrorizing his ex-girlfriend.
Investigators said Wednesday that Jason Jurado kicked down the woman's bedroom door over the weekend.
Deputies said Jurado hid in her car on Monday and held her at gunpoint after she dropped her children off at a babysitter's house.
Deputies said the victim was able to honk her car's horn to get help, and Jurado ran from the scene.
Detectives are asking anyone with information about Jurado's whereabouts to call them immediately. They said anyone who sees Jurado should not approach him.
