INDIALANTIC, Fla. – A woman was arrested Tuesday after a 3-year-old boy was found wandering around naked wearing only boots, according to the Brevard County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies were called to an Indialantic neighborhood around 6 p.m. Tuesday after someone saw the child walking down a street with a dog, the report said.

After deputies found the child, they began canvassing the neighborhood to find his guardian. Deputies said it took 50 minutes for them to find Stacey Hagen's home on Shore View Drive.
When Hagen, 46, wouldn't answer the door, deputies gained entry and found Hagen in bed "sleeping heavily," according to the report.
Hagen appeared to be under the influence of some type of medication, and the bath tub was full of water that was still warm to the touch, the affidavit said. She was also confused and had a difficult time understanding questions when deputies interviewed her, according to the report.
Hagen was charged with child neglect without great bodily harm. Her relationship to the child is unknown.
