“It was crazy. I was driving to Winn-Dixie and they were in front of me. He was already on the hood,” said Melissa Scott, a witness who called Titusville police. “He was holding on and the lady was driving and just hitting the gas. He was yelling, ‘she stole my car,’ and ‘she’s going to kill me. It seemed serious. She wasn’t stopping,” Scott said.

No arrests were made but police said the couple appeared to have been arguing.

A witness called the police and told dispatchers that the man – in his early 30s and wearing only underwear - was seen straddling the hood of the car saying that the woman stole his Jeep.

The woman, in her 20s, was dressed in a pink shirt with ‘jammy shorts’ was seen driving in circles before coming to a stop. She then stepped out of the vehicle, tossed the keys to the ground and walked off toward a gas station, witnesses said.

Police arrived and found the man on the ground searching for his keys.
