Man arrested Friday morning after standoff with Osceola County deputies

Timothy Campion faces aggravated assault with ​ firearm, shooting into dwelling

OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. – A standoff that took place early Friday after a man fired shots at his roommate and then barricaded himself inside a home in a subdivision south of Kissimmee in Osceola County is now over, officials said.

Deputies said they went to the home at 2393 Great Harbor Drive at 2:40 a.m., where Timothy Campion is alleged to have fired shots at his roommate.

Officials evacuated the home and Campion barricaded himself inside.

No one inside the home was injured, officials said.

Campion is facing aggravated assault with a firearm and shooting into an occupied dwelling.

The standoff ended at 7:10 a.m.
