DeLAND, Fla. – A 19-year-old woman says the same man keeps exposing himself to her at Daytona State College, according to the Volusia County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said the most recent incident that happened Thursday morning marked the third in as many weeks. The teen said she walking to her vehicle around 10:40 a.m. when she saw the 21-year-old man sitting inside his vehicle, so she got out her phone and started recording as he exposed himself, according to the report.
The woman then took that video, which included the man's vehicle, to the campus safety office.
"I have a student in my office who has a video of a student exposing himself to her, and she wants to make a report," a campus safety officer said in a 911 call.
On Oct. 23, the man approached the victim and pulled down his pants when he was approximately 2 feet in front of her, deputies said. A few weeks before that, he had approached her while exposed in an on-campus parking lot, according to authorities.
The victim told deputies she's never had any contact with the man, who News 6 is not identifying because the suspect has not been arrested.
Deputies said they interviewed the man in a room on campus on Thursday and he denied ever exposing himself to anyone. The deputy noted in the report that he was able to positively identify that man as the same man in the video the victim recorded.
Records showed the man has previously faced lewd and lascivious conduct and indecent exposure charges but has never been convicted.
A charging affidavit has been filed and submitted to the State Attorney's Office, and the man has been trespassed from the Daytona State College DeLand campus.
