Woman shot while in vehicle as passenger

ORLANDO – A woman was shot in the arm while being a passenger in a vehicle on Saturday, according to the Orlando Police Department. 

The vehicle was driving in the area of 4414 Lake Lawne Ave. when an unknown assailant hit the car at least five times with shots, according to police. 

The woman was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, authorities said.
