A man is in critical condition at a hospital after suffering a gunshot wound in an Orange County apartment complex, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.
The man was found wounded in the 2800 block of North Pine Hills Road, deputies said.
The investigation is ongoing, deputies said.
The shooting happened around noon, with detectives questioning at least four people about what happened.
"It's so many kids over here and they're doing stuff like that," said Jimmy Ford, who lives nearby. "It's ridiculous."
There's no word on a possible motive.
