The Florida Highway Patrol said a man was hit and killed in a crash in Orlando on Tuesday night.
Investigators said the crash happened at 7:55 p.m. in the area of Colonial Drive and Harrell Road.

This is just east of State Road 417.
Investigators said a 31-year-old Orlando man was driving a 2002 Subaru eastbound on Colonial Drive.
Officials said a man was walking southbound while crossing Colonial Drive.
The man went into the direct path of the car, according to a news release from the Florida Highway Patrol.
Florida Highway Patrol said the man was not in the crosswalk and the car had a green light.
The crash remains under investigation.
