According to the crash report, the man was driving south at a "high rate of speed" on Orange Blossom Trail in Orange County near 35th Street just before 3 a.m. Saturday. The report states that the victim lost control of his car and first crashed into the back of a 2010 Toyota Yaris that was also traveling on the road. The driver of the Yaris was not injured.

Troopers said that after crashing into the Yaris, the BMW left the road and hit a fence, a tree and the two unoccupied cars that were parked in the lot of a car dealership. Officials said the car then caught fire and the driver did not exit. It's unclear if he had already died prior to his car igniting.

Officials said the crash remains under investigation.
