Florida woman dies in fall from Harley-Davidson

WESTON, Fla. – A Florida woman is dead after falling off the back of a motorcycle, authorities said.

Valerie Egues, 33, was the passenger on a Harley-Davidson on Sunday when she went limp and fell off, according to a Broward Sheriff’s Office news release.

Deputies and rescue workers responded, and Egues was pronounced dead at the scene.

There was no immediate evidence of speeding or impairment, investigators said.

The traffic homicide investigation was ongoing.
