A 31-year-old man drowned in Lake Eustis on Saturday, according to the Eustis Police Department.
Police identified the man as Maurice McCook, who was arrested on Jan. 30 for resisting arrest after throwing Cheetos at an officer, according to police.
The investigation is ongoing.
