90-year-old woman escapes injury after massive tree falls on home Victim was in back of home when tree came down, officers say
ORLANDO, Fla. – An elderly woman is shaken but unharmed after a large tree fell on her home Sunday.
Orlando police say the 90-year-old woman was in a back room when the tree fell onto her Bentley Street house.
Police say the home was badly damaged, but the woman escaped without a scratch.
The tree also took down power lines in the area, temporarily knocking out electricity in the area.
