Orlando resident, ‘Survivor’ 46 contestant chats with News 6

Liz Wilcox joins Breakfast With Bridgett

ORLANDO, Fla. – On Monday, Bridgett talked to Survivor 46 contestant and Orlando entrepreneur Liz Wilcox!

She’s sworn to secrecy about keeping the details about how she finished up on the show a secret for now, so it was hard trying not to ask her spoiler questions.

She did dish up plenty of details about how she was inspired to apply for Survivor and how her background built her for a show like this.

“Kind of like being an entrepreneur, sometimes you like to do things other people say is too hard,” said Wilcox. “I started watching as a tradition with my daughter and, at the time she was 7, so on the show, Jeff Probst, the host comes on the commercial and says ‘Do you think you could do this?’ I always said ‘Yeah, I could do it! I could do it!’ and my daughter said, ‘Mom are you gonna talk about it or are you gonna do it?”

We have just a few more episodes to see how Liz finished on the show. There are 13 episodes and episode 10 airs Wednesday at 8 p.m. on News 6.
