KISSIMMEE, Fla. – Central Florida’s lodging landscape will be getting a touch of orange come 2026.

On Wednesday, Paramount Location-Based Entertainment & Experiences announced its partnering with Lion Star Hospitality and Teramir Group’s Everest Place to open Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando. The 220-acre resort will be located in the Everest Place complex in Kissimmee.

The family-friendly resort will have over 400 rooms with uniquely themed accommodations, including suites inspired by iconic characters. Guests will have the opportunity to interact with Nickelodeon’s globally beloved franchises, includingSpongeBob SquarePants,” “PAW Patrol,” and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.”

  • Le Spatula, a restaurant inspired by “SpongeBob SquarePants”
  • Mikey’s Pizzeria, a restaurant inspired by “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles”
  • Snick Lounge (complete with games, sports, live music, and the Big Orange Couch)
  • Club Nick
  • Nick retail shops
  • Slime opportunities

In addition to the hotel, the resort also offers condos available to buy, ranging from studio to two-bedroom options. Owners will have access to all resort amenities.

The resort’s opening target date of 2026 will be a decade after the Nickelodeon Suites Resort on Continental Gateway in Orlando closed and became the Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites – Waterpark.

Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando will be in proximity to Walt Disney World. The Everest Place development is located on Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, just west of State Road 429.
