ORLANDO, Fla. – Did you know one in three people are at risk for kidney disease? It only takes a few minutes to find out how you’re doing.
Wednesday morning on Breakfast With Bridgett, Kia Blair Malone of OurLegacy Organ and Tissue Donation and Charlyce Simmons, a two-time kidney recipient and founder of Michal’s Hope , talked about the surprising statistics when it comes to renal failure.
They also invited the public to a Free Kidney Screening and Wellness Expo event happening this Saturday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the AdventHealth Training Center on Terry Avenue in Orlando.
